Order Cancellations
- Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 1–2 days of placing the order.
- However, if the order has already been processed, dispatched, or communicated to our vendors for shipment, the cancellation request may not be accepted.
Non-Cancellable Products
- Exceptions may be made if the customer can clearly demonstrate that the product delivered was of poor quality or defective. In such cases, a refund or replacement may be provided after review.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please report it to our Customer Service within 1–2 days of receiving the order.
- Once the issue is verified by the merchant or vendor, we will take appropriate steps to resolve it.
Product Not as Expected
- If you feel the product delivered does not match the description or your expectations, please notify our Customer Service within 1–2 days of receiving the item.
- Our team will investigate the matter and determine the best course of action.
Refunds
- If a refund is approved by NARYARTH COUTURE LLP, please allow 6–8 business days for the amount to be processed and credited to your original payment method.
